Happy B-day!

Finally, we have the B-Day card... Pinkish, soft, warming colors, well cut lettering, and plenty of layering. I eneded up giving this card to my mom...This card made me feel sophisticated, while suddenly realising there wasn't any layering at all.

Happy Father's Day

This card took me, actually, a very short amount of time to complete. If you look, you can see how many pieces you would really have to do. The ribbons I cut out were from bok-a very helpful pre- printed paper book with amazingly cool designs. The most difficult thing, for me, was the letters. I first drew the dad by hand on regular blue construction paper, then I cut the letters out. It actually felt really good to complete all the detail on the wording. The colors were another great homey thing, but I can't take any credit from it because I  also copied the card from google.

First EvEr Post!!!!! /Peppermint Homey Delight

Hi! Welcome to my first EvEr craft blog post for this blog!
Here is one of my favorite, handmade, machineless, crafting masterpieces!

The warm, churning paste of sugary white peppermint smoothly flows into your awaiting outstretched nostrils. Chilly peppermint flavors erupt in your brain, awakening it. Suddenly, you realise it's a card. Oops. Maybe they won't notice the teeth marks.......
This sugary sweet peppermint miny caris actually one of the first I've ever made. Truth be told, at the moment , I had no ideas so I basically well duplicated a card I found on www.scrapbook.com.  The circular dots I completed on the bottom was an admitted epic fail, however. I found that, when making candy or cute tiny cards, curved edges are the way to go. Thanks for being a part of my blog!!! Hope you liked my craft!
